Not as good as the first xXx movie which produced in 2002, XXX:Condition of the Union does have some motion scenes which often can blow your thoughts, also the political thrill is entertaining, If you want action then this movie is good for yourself but other points are just Alright and its not better than the 1st movie but a number of people liked
